Customer Service Agent ! Were looking for a friendly, proactive,
and detail-oriented individual to provide top-tier support to our
customers. Youll be the first point of contact, helping resolve
queries efficiently while delivering an outstanding service
experience. What You'll Do Handle incoming queries from
German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. Provide
clear, accurate, and friendly support on product / service issues.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or processes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM
system. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve
issues. Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction. What
You Bring Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and strong English
communication skills . Experience in a customer support or contact
center role is a plus (but not a must!). Tech-savviness and comfort
with online tools and systems. A problem-solving mindset and a
positive attitude. Willingness to relocate to Malta or already
