Your Job

• Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Planung und Steuerung aller Media- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen deiner Kund : innen – von klassisch bis digital.
• Du implementierst Kommunikations-, Media- und Touchpoint-Strategien und trittst gemeinsam mit deinem / deiner Vorgesetzten suverän vor Kund : innen auf.
• Als Bindeglied zwischen Client Service und unseren Specialist Business Units orchestrierst du Projekt-Set-ups inklusive dem Kampagnenmanagement für maximale Effizienz und Wirkung.
• Du stellst Operational Excellence sicher : klare Briefings, saubere Timings, verlässliche Budgets sowie einwandfreie Qualitätskontrollen.
• Du führst dein Team durch Coaching, aktives Wissenstransfer und tägliches Sparring – nicht nur in punktuellen Präsentationen.
• Du analysierst laufende Kampagnen, leitest datenbasierte Optimierungen ab und setzt Verbesserungen eigenverantwortlich um.
• Du erkennst relevante Markt- und Technologietrends frühzeitig und integrierst diese gezielt in deine Kundenstrategien – ohne dich von Tools leiten zu lassen.

Compensation is determined by the specific job group to which a role is assigned, as well as the number of years of experience within that job group. These factors establish the minimum wage an employee is entitled to receive. The Collective Agreement ensures transparency and fairness, aligning wages with industry standards and providing a structured approach to salary determination. However, the Company may offer compensation above the minimum, depending on additional qualifications, skills, and performance.

In addition to the gross salary, employees are required to contribute to the Austrian social security system. These deductions cover essential protections, including sickness insurance, unemployment insurance, pension contributions, accident insurance, and miscellaneous contributions that support public welfare programs. These deductions ensure that employees are covered in the event of illness, unemployment, or retirement, offering a robust safety net in line with Austrian law.
