Are you passionate about leading quality and safety initiatives in healthcare? Bendigo Health, a dynamic regional health service with over 5,000 staff and volunteers, is seeking a visionary Chief Quality Officer to join our executive leadership team!

Position Title : Chief Quality Officer

Classification : Executive Contract

Total Remuneration Package (TRP) : $220 - $260k

Hours per fortnight : 76

Employment Status : Fixed Term Full Time, 3 Years

Your Role :

As our Chief Quality Officer, you will :

  • Lead and govern clinical quality and safety initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance consumer experience and engagement.
  • Drive a culture of Curiosity, leading to continuous quality improvement and ensure compliance with national and statutory standards.
  • Establish strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively across the LMHN region supporting executive sponsor in development of clinical governance framework and a single reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Promote our vision, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for key projects.
  • Drive accountability across Clinical governance and quality improvement.
  • Provide strategic advice to the Chief Executive Officer.
