Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and target potential clients who need recruitment services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and hiring managers.
• Conduct sales outreach via phone, email, networking events and other channels.
• Present and explain our recruitment solutions to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements.
• Track and report sales activity and performance metrics.

The salary range is 3 000 – 4 000 € per month + commission depending on your skills and performance € / month).
