Contract Manager (m / f)

(Vienna; Full-time)

YOUR MISSION :

• Contract Strategy & Risk Management :

Take ownership of the contract lifecycle, reviewing bidding documents, identifying potential risks, and crafting innovative solutions. You'll proactively design and negotiate commercial and legal clauses that mitigate risks and ensure the success of each contract.

Lead the contract fulfillment process, overseeing the smooth execution of purchase orders, change requests, and all critical contractual tasks. Be the key point of contact for internal teams to ensure timely and efficient contract execution.

Play a key role in guiding sales project decisions, ensuring projects align with company goals. Identify risks early on, manage contract reviews, and enforce decision-making frameworks that maintain project quality.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing expert advice on contract interpretation, addressing internal queries, and ensuring that contract clauses are understood and adhered to across the organization.

YOUR PROFILE :

A solid understanding of contract law and commercial code, ideally with prior experience in a law firm or international trade company.

You'll need a sharp eye for risk management and the ability to create commercial solutions that protect the business while driving results.

With your analytical mindset and hunger for knowledge, you'll quickly become a contract expert and a valuable contributor to the team's success.

The ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural environment, communicating seamlessly with colleagues from various backgrounds.

Business proficiency in both languages to effectively navigate the international aspects of the role.
