We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters are in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and implement quality strategies, standards, and procedures across the product lifecycle
- Establish and monitor key quality metrics to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate closely with product development, engineering, production, and operations to integrate quality into processes
- Oversee audits, inspections, and product testing to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct root cause analyses of issues and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.G., ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Communicate quality expectations and results clearly across teams and stakeholders
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
Several years of professional experience in a quality-focused role, ideally in a technical or production environmentStrong analytical skills for evaluating data, identifying trends, and conducting root cause analysesExcellent communication skills to provide clear reporting and collaborate effectively across teamsProficiency in quality management frameworks and methodologies (ISO or relevant standards)Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and project management toolsAbility to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategiesBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificationNice to Have
