We are looking for a Director of Sales , who will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, leading and mentoring the sales department and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary :

Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
Leading, managing and inspiring the sales team to exceed sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities, which expanding the customer base.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyzing market trends, competitors activities and customer needs.
Close collaboration with the marketing department as well as the Director of Sales
Monitoring and reporting sales perfomance as well as providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Managing the sales budget.

Required Skills :

Bachelors or Masters degree in business related studies.

Several years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data and market trends which support making decisions.
