Role Overview

We're hiring a

Senior Product Engineer (Head of Product Experience)

to :

• Own the product roadmap
• Align the development team
• Deliver exceptional user experiences

across our portal, care programs & growth funnels

This role is

product-first and UX-driven

CPO

to set a clear, actionable roadmap

execute with speed & quality

intuitive, consistent & impactful

No traditional design workflows

– you'll

build directly in Lovable or vibe-code

, iterating live in production.

What You'll Own

1) Product Roadmap & Execution

execute, unblock, and deliver on time

short-term wins

(growth experiments) with

long-term scalability

2) UX & Product Experience

end-to-end UX

for key flows (booking, onboarding, care programs)

Lovable / vibe-code

, skipping Figma-heavy cycles

real-world feedback

consistency & usability

across all touchpoints

3) Team Leadership

Product Owner

for the product team (Technical leadership lies with our senior dev Paul)

lightweight processes

(standups, retros) to keep speed high

4) Data-Driven Decision Making

You Might Be

Product Owner / UX Engineer / PM

from a startup or scaleup or a technically minded founder
