We are looking for a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth with new clients and long-term partnerships.
Own the full sales cycle for annual memberships (Talent Marketing & Product Marketing) and event sponsorships.
At the beginning of your WeAreDevelopers journey, focus 100 % on new business, then evolve into a balanced mix of hunting and account farming.
Work with global partners and focus on specific industry verticals.
Leverage your network and proactively go after high-potential accounts.
Travel to and represent WeAreDevelopers at top industry events to build your pipeline and relationships.
Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure long-term client impact.
3 - 6+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in B2B and ideally in SaaS, HRTech, Media, or Event Partnerships)
Proven track record in hunting and closing five and six figure deals
High understanding of enterprise sales cycles
Strong relationship builder and negotiator
Excellent communication skills in English (fluent or advanced), German (is a strong plus)
Comfortable working hybrid from Vienna (3 office days)
Driven, entrepreneurial mindset - you thrive in fast-scaling and frequently changing environments
Base salary (starting at 40.000 €)+ uncapped commission
