- Definition of quality requirements : Support in defining quality requirements for technical products (especially mechanical components) in collaboration with development departments (product innovation processes, design reviews, specifications), support with gate reviews and the creation and review of technical standards
- Supplier management : Processing supplier complaints, following up and verifying complaints in the event of escalations, supporting supplier selection (new suppliers and relocation processes), conducting and monitoring supplier audits, and supporting corrective and improvement measures (8D and Quality Round Tables)
- Interface management : First point of contact for quality issues related to internal and external interfaces such as purchasing, production, product development, as well as affiliates and suppliers
- Component approval : Support for component approval at suppliers and in production (special approval)
- Product and process optimization : Support with product and process FMEA, evaluation of key figures and implementation of the results in the continuous improvement process
- Customer delivery : Support with the first delivery to customers
- Completed technical training (University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, Secondary Technical College or comparable) with a focus on mechanical engineering, mechatronics
- At least three years of professional experience in quality assurance in the automotive industry or in plant and equipment construction
- Knowledge of quality management or corresponding training
- Proficient in all common MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- High level of commitment and solution orientation, coupled with analytical thinking
- Strong communication and team skills to ensure effective interface management
- Willingness to travel for business purposes to the extent of at least 20 percent (mainly Europe)
- Fluent knowledge of English and German
