As an Executive Assistant to the Board with a focus on Business Development, you will support the executive board in strategic business growth, prepare data-driven decisions, and drive growth initiatives from concept to execution. You combine executive support with hands-on business development excellence (market analyses, pipeline building, partnerships, KPI management).

Your role
You are the board's right hand at the intersection of strategy, sales / partnerships, and execution. You prioritize, structure, and deliver—with high ownership, commitment, and impact.
Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive analyses, identify new segments, craft value propositions and pitch decks.
Build / qualify leads in the CRM, coordinate partner deals, term sheets, NDAs, and follow-ups.
Prepare board briefings, decision memos, board decks, and quarterly reviews incl. KPIs / OKRs.
Act as PMO for growth initiatives (e.g., new GTM campaigns, pricing tests, international rollouts)—roadmap, milestones, risk management.
Build lightweight dashboards (Sheets / Excel; optional BI), forecasting, cohort analyses, ad-hoc analyses.
Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal; prepare client meetings; take minutes and track actions.
Improve CRM workflows, document templates, and knowledge base; ensure high data quality.
