What are my responsibilities?

The department Sales & Marketing (SM BA MK) is searching for a "Marketing Manager (f/m/*)" and assigns following tasks:

• Business Unit Support: Collaborate closely with Business Units to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Support for Local Marketing Teams: Coordinate and assist marketing activities across our international locations
• Content Creation: Create content with consistent, targeted, and impactful messages that is based on value proposition via print and online media – including social media, videos, multimedia
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute international marketing campaigns in alignment with sales and Business Units
• Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize automated marketing processes (e.g., email campaigns, Lead generation )
• AI in B2B Marketing: Drive initiatives leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency
• Event Management: Organize and manage international trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Digital Marketing: Maintain and further develop our online presence (website, social media, newsletters)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Master’s degree in MINT, business administration, marketing or communications or related field
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with high quality standards
• Experience in using AI in B2B marketing
• Experience in video creation is a plus (e.g., for social media or product presentations)
• Experience in industrial/technical products and B2B marketing
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, image editing programs, web content management systems and marketing automation
• Interest in production technology / plant engineering and Steel Industry

What else do I need to know?

The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 61.022,78 (G/00).
