What You’ll Do
As Director of Growth Marketing, EMEA, you’ll set the growth vision for the region and lead
the full-funnel digital strategy across paid, organic, earned, and owned channels. You’ll drive
customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value - blending global frameworks with regional
nuance to deliver measurable, sustainable growth.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Hire, lead and mentor a high-performing regional Growth Marketing team for the EMEA
Hub, including Paid Performance Media, Influencers, Social Media, Retention, Affiliates,
Social Commerce and external freelancers or agencies.
Develop the EMEA Hub as a leader of a best in class in-house regional, digital hub.Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans to foster accountability, creativity, andprofessional growth.
Manage roadmap of Growth Teams with clear prioritization, and associated key resultsand initiatives
Partner closely with global and EMEA teams across Creative, Brand, Web, Product, andOperations to align campaign timelines, priorities, and messaging.
Serve as an experienced partner to EMEA leadership - contributing insights andrecommendations that shape broader business strategy and country growth plans.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional peers to ensure end-to-end excellenceacross campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
Drive collaboration and communication between performance and creative functions,ensuring content, campaigns and landing pages are insight-led and optimized for results.
Champion a test-and-learn, data-informed culture within the marketing organization -celebrating innovation and continuous improvement.
Represent the EMEA region in global marketing forums, sharing local learnings and bestpractices to inform global growth strategies.
Localization & Market-Specific Execution
Define and lead Growth Marketing Strategy for each EMEA market in alignment withCountry Manager
Adapt and execute global campaigns with regional nuance - customising messaging,creative, and offers for local cultures, languages, and behaviors.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify emerging trends, seasonal moments, andcompetitive opportunities across priority countries.
Partner with local stakeholders and distributors to deliver impactful market activations,retail events, and co-branded partnerships.
Develop toolkits and playbooks to ensure scalable, consistent execution across multipleEMEA markets while maintaining creative flexibility.
Collaborate with translation and creative partners to ensure accuracy, tone, and brandconsistency across localized assets.
Identify and capitalize on regional influencer or media moments to drive awareness andconversion.
Act as a cultural and consumer advocate within the global marketing team - ensuringstrategies reflect local insight and authenticity.
Data, Reporting & Forecasting
Build and maintain robust performance dashboards to track KPIs across paid, social,affiliate, CRM, and retention channels where applicable to allow optimised work.
Own regional marketing reporting and present insights during weekly, monthly andquarterly business reviews as well as for key moments and promotions, e.g. BFCM. .
Partner with Data, Finance, and eCommerce teams to forecast performance, model ROI,and inform budget planning.
Continuously analyze performance data to identify trends, efficiency gaps, and growthopportunities across channels and markets.
Implement a disciplined CRO, A / B and multivariate testing framework across creative,audience, and landing page variables.
Lead post-campaign analysis to evaluate ROI, inform future strategy, and sharelearnings with global and local teams.
Champion data-driven decision-making - ensuring performance metrics translate intoactionable business outcomes.
Maintain data integrity and ensure alignment between reporting systems (Shopify, GA4,ad platforms, CRM).
Paid Media Strategy & Execution (working with Paid Performance
Marketing Manager)
Lead full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, andregion-specific platforms (e.g., Snapchat, Pinterest, Display) with the Paid Performance
Marketing Manager.
Define the channel strategy, creative roadmap, and testing frameworks to balanceefficiency (ROAS, CAC) with long-term growth (LTV).
Oversee daily campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure continuousperformance improvement and data integrity.
Own budget allocation and pacing across markets and platforms - ensuring efficientspend and alignment with seasonal demand, launches, and promotions.
Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies (prospecting, remarketing,loyalty) to improve conversion and retention outcomes.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop, test, and scale platform-specificassets optimized for performance.
Manage agency partners and / or internal media buyers, ensuring performanceaccountability, innovation, and best-in-class execution.
Evaluate emerging channels and technologies, driving test-and-learn pilots to uncovernew acquisition opportunities.
Social, Influencer & Affiliate Growth (Working with Social & Influencer Lead
& Affiliate team)
Oversee the development and lead the EMEA social strategy - spanning organic, paid,and influencer activity - designed to grow community, engagement, and conversion.
Localize HexClad’s global creative and storytelling for regional audiences, ensuringcultural resonance and platform relevance.
Partner with the global content team to concept, produce, and deploy creator-led andUGC content that drives authentic advocacy.
Work with the Influencer Lead to design influencer programs and campaigns acrossmacro, micro, and nano tiers to maximize reach and engagement across key markets.
Oversee social-led growth initiatives such as giveaways, creator collaborations, productdrops, and paid partnerships.
Monitor platform trends, social listening insights, and audience sentiment to identify newopportunities for brand storytelling and engagement.
Establish performance benchmarks for organic and paid social - tracking growth,engagement rate, traffic, and conversion outcomes.
Build and maintain relationships with key creators, agencies, and platform partners tosecure priority placements and collaborative opportunities.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles within DTC,
consumer goods, or eCommerce or Agency.
An executioner as well as a leader.Proven success scaling brands across multiple EMEA markets.Expertise across all digital levers - paid media, CRM, organic and earned social,affiliates, and retention.
Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of attribution, cohort analysis, andLTV modeling.
Experience managing seven-figure budgets with measurable impact on revenue andprofitability.
Skilled in creative testing, funnel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.Strong communication and storytelling abilities - able to bridge data, creativity, andstrategy.
Fluent in English and German; additional European languages are a plus.A genuine love for food, cooking, and the culture that surrounds it.
