Foundation Services Manager (f / m / d)

As a research-based family business with global presence, our client – Dr. Falk Pharma – focuses on the development and distribution of innovative medicines that improve patients’ health and well-being around inflammatory bowel disease as well as digestive and metabolic problems.

Falk Foundation e.V. provides an independent scientific / knowledge platform for experts (f / m / d) in the fields of gastroenterology and hepatology to meet and communicate with one another.

Your tasks

• Support the overall success of the Falk Foundation (FF) by working alongside the Global FF team
• Local implementation and continuous improvement of FF Global Strategy and (digital) services in close coordination with the local team and best practice sharing with other affiliates
• Maintain existing and build new partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCP’s) and other stakeholders
• Planning and coordination of the participation of local HCPs in international meetings (Medical Education Symposia, scientifically-oriented Symposia and pre- & post symposium Workshops)
• Establish and manage the local FF faculty (HCP panel) and organize FF faculty meetings
• Develop and implement annual plans to achieve corporate business priorities, managing associated budgets to ensure targets are met
• Active participation in cross-functional team meetings
