  • Supporting office organisation
  • Administration of documents and invoice control
  • Administrative support for Vice-Rector and assistants
  • Meeting and resource management
  • Your profile :

  • Apprenticeship, technical college degree or equivalent qualification(s)
  • Relevant knowledge and professional experience in a secretarial role
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Sound IT skills (especially MS Office applications)
  • Desirable : experience in dealing with authorities / offices / property management etc. and an understanding of building agendas, SAP and other IT systems
  • and understanding of construction agendas, SAP, accounting and English skills
  • Social skills : teamwork and communication skills, commitment, ability to work under pressure, discretion
  • Advantageous : knowledge of university structures and processes
