This is a backend software engineering role with focus on AI / ML integration not a data analysis or research position.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Backend Development : Implement high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following modern microservices patterns.
• AI Development & Integration : Develop, optimize, and fine-tune machine learning models for natural language processing and speech interpretation to support emergency call handling.
• System Architecture : Design secure, distributed, and maintainable AI-driven platforms that deliver reliable, real-time assistance in mission- critical situations.
• Collaboration : Work closely within an independent, cross-functional team to build AI-enhanced solutions and deliver high-impact, production-ready software
• Agile Practices : Contribute to a culture of agility and continuous improvement through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Quality & Performance : Ensure robust and reliable software via automated testing, code reviews, CI / CD pipelines, and performance tuning.
