Job Introduction Frequentis Group with headquarters in Vienna is an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centres with safety-critical tasks. Worldwide, more than 500 customers in some 150 countries with more than 45,000 workstations already trust our know-how and proven experience. The role involves managing a virtual team of IT Network, Infrastructure and Security Experts and Managers to drive standardization and governance for IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity within (1) OneATM. This includes the development and deployment of standardized IT infrastructure and security solutions, leveraging Blueprints and Frequentis Evergreen practices, refer to : (2) Air Traffic Management | Frequentis. Key responsibilities include coordinating support for Sales and Offering, specifically in IT infrastructure and Cybersecurity, as well as facilitating support for Project Delivery to ensure seamless implementation and compliance. • Shaping the ATM (Air Traffic Management) Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Strategy
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategy and roadmap in collaboration with Business Units / Market Units internationally, covering products and project needs
• Leveraging Synergies and Ensuring Efficiency
• Maximize synergies across aspects to drive efficiency and deliver high-quality results
• Availability of Blueprints
• Ensure up-to-date, accessible blueprints are available to meet operational and business requirements ensuring a high-quality delivery in the Business Units
• Compliance with Security Governance and Industry Standards
• Guarantee adherence to Frequentis security governance policies and relevant ATM industry standards
• Creation and implementation of Frequentis OneATM Security Strategy, incl. Cybersecurity business modelsKey Qualifications
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 10 years proven experience in IT (development, architecture, project management)
• 3 years in a management or a lateral leadership role, preferable in IT
• Strong knowledge in IT Network, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, certificates preferred
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
