📈 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :

To support its continued growth in Austria, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Vienna region , with a specific focus on the city and surrounding areas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company’s presence across Austria and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.

💼 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a Sales Manager for the Austrian market, you will be responsible for :

Growing the Client Portfolio :

  • Identify and prospect hotels and hotel chains across Austria .
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).

Selling the Company’s Solutions :

  • Present and promote products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.
  • Customize solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.
  • Close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams :

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.
  • Representing the Company at Industry Events :

  • Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Austria  to increase visibility and expand the company’s network.
  • 👨‍💼 PROFILE SOUGHT :

  • Desired experience : 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.
  • Languages : Fluent in German and proficient in English .
  • Sales Expertise : Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, with a strong ability to acquire and retain clients.
  • Industry Knowledge : Previous experience in hospitality technology or similar fields is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Qualities : Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
  • 💰 SALARY AND BENEFITS :

  • Salary : Between €50,000 and €65,000 fixed + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
