IT System Administrator Infrastructure (m / f / d)

We are looking for you as our new IT System Administrator Infrastructure. You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure, assisting with projects and providing support. You will also implement potential improvements and manage the software distribution solution.

Your tasks

Independent, responsible support and further development of our IT infrastructure (LAN, WAN, HA data center, firewall, VMWare, M365, MSQL, etc.)
Collaboration and independent evaluation, planning and implementation of infrastructure projects
Identification and implementation of improvement potentials
Contact person for the specialist departments for infrastructural issues
2nd / 3rd level support
Independent documentation of the activities carried out in the internal knowledge base and the ticket system
Support of the existing software distribution solution (Empirum), expansion of this solution

Your qualification

Completed training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience

Very good knowledge and sound experience in the field of IT infrastructure, especially in the areas of firewall, HA data center structures, IT security, cloud technologies and O365

A high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent, qualitative and reliable way of working as well as high customer and service orientation

Distinctive, structured and systematic way of working

Very good written and spoken German skills
