Responsibilities Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the AV business, penetrate the market and gain market share Find and develop strategic and emerging customers in order to build partnerships, cultivate and maintain relationships with business partners on all levels Analyze market data to identify trends / opportunities (Autonomous Driving, Connected Car etc.), develop strategic direction from market information / indications, and create compelling market analysis presentations Act as interface between customers and Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit Lead sales engagements and business development projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers and third parties Develop and execute NPI strategies and share knowledge and insights with stakeholders Qualifications Required Qualifications Strong relevant work experience with a specific focus on Automotive applications (e.g. In-vehicle-networks, Connected Car) in a customer focused environment Deep understanding of and a good network into the Automotive ecosystem (Chipset Manufactures, OEMs, Tier1s, System Integrator) from R&D to Mfg Proven, well-founded knowledge in automotive sensor technology such as LiDAR, RADAR camera etc. from component until system level Deep understanding of development processes according to the V-model including experiences in SiL, HiL and ViL testing Specific knowledge about Automotive related standards for AV like NCAP and others Ability through understanding of typically use cases combined with professional consulting to transform complex customer needs and requirements into an end-to-end solution proposal A customer-first and holistic solution-oriented mindset with positive and aggressive sales-oriented attitude Bachelor's / Master's Degree or above in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive, etc. Engineering related majors or equivalent Nice to have Qualifications Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technology is an advantage Fluent in German is a high advantage Careers Privacy Statement
