to help us operate and maintain flight mission-critical software systems.

Our expectations of you

Qualifications

Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and task management skills

Interest in acquiring aviation application and process know-how

Solid general IT knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies

Basic familiarity with common Linux distributions

A passion for IT problem-solving and continuous improvement

A work permit for Austria or any other country within the European Union is a requirement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT support and operations for 24 / 7 systems

Experience with SQL and maintaining database systems

Programming knowledge and / or familiarity with microservice architectures (Docker / Kubernetes)

Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS or similar.
