UniCredit Bank Austria is looking for a dynamic leader to own our brand identity and lead communications that build trust, inspire, and connect.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and elevate our brand identity across markets and channels in close partnership with UniCredit Group
  • Shape and deliver powerful communication strategies that resonate internally and externally
  • Manage creative, media, and PR agencies to bring campaigns to life
  • Lead sponsorships to boost our brand presence in culture, sports, and social initiatives
  • Drive visibility and reputation as a trusted leader in finance
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our vision

What you'll need to succeed

  • A strategic thinker with 7 - 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing & corporate communication
  • A skilled storyteller with exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual)
  • An inspiring leader who can engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experienced in managing agencies, budgets, and sponsorships
  • Fluent in German & English, with a global and culturally sensitive outlook

  • For this position, the gross annual salary is up to EUR 140,000 (based on a 38.5-hour work week). The exact amount depends on your qualifications and professional experience.   • Strategische Denkweise mit 7 - 10 Jahren Erfahrung in Markenführung, Marketing und Unternehmenskommunikation
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum Storytelling mit exzellenten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten (schriftlich, mündlich, visuell)
  • Inspirierende Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen zu begeistern
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Agenturen, Budgets und Sponsoring-Projekten
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, mit internationaler und interkultureller Kompetenz
