StellenbeschreibungOngoing studies at a University / University of Applied Sciences with a background in Business Administration, IT or similar Proactive supporter, eager to improve the organization's effectiveness and performance, with a strong enthusiasm to learn Good communication skills and fluent in English; knowledge of one or more CEE languages is a plus Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of AI and neo-broker topics is a plus Exciting and challenging internship for 12 months part-time (19.25h / week) as of January 2026 Support of your professional and personal development in a dynamic, comprehensive and interesting area We guarantee an internship allowance of minimum EUR 2.906,10 gross per month on a full-time basis (except obligatory internships) and benefits of Erste Group We consider the diversity of our employees as key to innovation and success. Your Tasks
- As a Strategic Project Support Intern, you will assist our Strategic Project Leads in coordinating and executing high-impact initiatives
- You'll also conduct research, track risks, and contribute ideas to improve project workflows and communication strategies
- You'll contribute to project planning, documentation, and reporting, while supporting communication with senior stakeholders
- Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams across IT, subsidiaries, and external partners, helping to ensure strategic alignment and smooth collaboration
