We are seeking
Group Process Engineer
to join our Global Engineering team. This position can be based at one of our production sites in
Vienna, Stockholm, Lingolsheim or Springe

In this role, you will represent Global Engineering in strategic investment projects, working closely with local Lead Engineers to define design strategies, ensure standardization, and secure functional, feasible solutions based on best practices. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of standardized technical design solutions across sites. You will collaborate with various group functions, local engineering departments, project teams, and external process suppliers to ensure alignment with company goals for capacity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities and opportunities
Represent Global Engineering in local investment project design teamsCollaborate with local Lead Engineers to define deliverables and design strategiesDevelop and review design requirements, process layouts, and flow diagramsCoordinate process equipment design and ensure implementation of group standardsEvaluate technical solutions and ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation standardsLead group P&ID conventions and naming standardsSupport the transfer and continuous development of design standards across sitesAct as an internal expert and advisor within your area of expertiseYour Profile
University degree in a technical field (e.G. Chemical or Process Engineering or similar)5–10 years of documented experience in process design and basic engineering within the pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of wet bulk production, preferably in plasma processingExperience in fluid system calculations and dimensioningSkilled in developing Process Flow Diagrams (AutoCAD) and preferably layout planning in 2D / 3DFamiliar with engineering development models and related documentationAbility to work independently and collaborate across functionsUnderstanding of core plant systems and pharmaceutical unit operations (e.G. chromatography, filtration technologies)What's the best thing about working with us?

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 3.909,67. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
