ERP Project Manager (m / f / d

Your tasks :

Operational planning and management of implementation projects for our in-house ERP software, from signing the contract with the customer to the real launch
Personnel management and budgeting in the project (including the allocation of tasks and

ensuring and monitoring the use of resources)

Managing your employees in the project team and the customer during the implementation process

Management and planning of external service providers

Managing the flow of information in the project

Risk management (avoiding, recognizing and eliminating obstacles and risks and preventing escalations)

Managing the validation process in a regulated environment

Collaboration in the continuous process improvement of our implementation methodology in the company

We are enthusiastic :

Several years of experience in the implementation of software implementation projects

A strong understanding of production company processes is desirable

A recognized project management certification and SQL knowledge are an advantage

Very good knowledge of German and preferably good knowledge of English

A confident manner, the ability to communicate in a target group-oriented manner and to present complex issues in an understandable way

Good analytical skills, as well as a structured, customer and results-oriented approach
