Experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment in a fast-paced start-up / scale-up environment.Track record of actively sourcing cognitively diverse teams.Native / Fluent German (Reading / Writing / Speaking).Ability to build relationships with engineers and hiring teams .Proactively partnered with universities and industry networks.A proactive, consultative approach to solving hiring challenges.Experience with ATS tools (ideally Greenhouse) .A love for fast-paced, collaborative environments .Ability to leverage strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ) .You don’t have experience with all the points above?
