Senior Staff Test Engineer

As a Senior Staff Test Development Engineer, you will be at the heart of our innovation engine, working on complex test development procedures for IBC (Intermediate Bus Converter) modules. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly interdisciplinary field, where you will collaborate with international teams to drive the development of innovative power electronics solutions.

In your new role you will :

• Define test concepts and test specifications for IBC modules in cooperation with the design and application team
• Develop innovative testing methods for high current testing and defect screening on IBC modules
• Design product specific test hardware for final test and develop test software (C#,C++,Python)
• Develop and execute complex test plans , test cases, and test scripts for IBC products, including characterization, validation, and verification of product functionality
• Analyze and troubleshoot test results , identifying and debugging issues and implementing corrective actions
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability of IBC products
• Identify and introduce improvement possibilities to realize test time and cost optimization
• Transfer test packages to our production sites
• Provide production ramp-up support and work on yield improvements / test setup optimization

When staffed in Austria, the employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
