Enterprise Architect - ERP Transformation - Group Level (gn)
Challenging group position at an Austrian Corporation - Employed in Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland or UK
We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our esteemed team at the Group Level. In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with Business Unit (BU) Leaders and HQ Management to :
- Develop and maintain corporate IT standards
- Ensure platform security
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimise our IT landscape towards a transition to a new ERP system
Your main tasks
Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) Leaders and Headquarters Management to develop and maintain corporate IT standardsDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the different platforms used across various BUs and create a strategic plan for their alignment and optimisationAssist in the successful delivery of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionalitySecure the maintenance of existing platforms by developing and managing a resource plan for key platform upkeepOversee and manage contracts with external support vendors and consulting partners to ensure efficient and effective platform maintenanceEnable and oversee regular backup and disaster recovery processes for existing platforms, including reviewing, testing, and improving strategies as neededDrive the reduction of platform variety per business component by implementing application guidelines, defining ownership, creating an as-is and target application model, and developing a roadmap towards the future modelMake informed decisions on migration projects based on group-wide demand processes and strategic prioritiesYour Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role within a multinational organisationIn-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologiesExperience in developing and implementing corporate IT standards and guidelinesStrong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver EAI projectsProficiency in evaluating and optimising IT platforms, including backup and disaster recovery strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to make strategic decisions based on data-driven insights and business prioritiesCertifications such as TOGAF, CISSP, or similar would be advantageousProficient in English (C1 level)The Offer
