Responsibilities

• leading an agile Scrum team and guiding them towards success
• working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test-driven development
• expanding your knowledge by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team
• applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment
• being the go-to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members
• ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development
• designing sustainable state-of-the-art software solutions
• providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth
• constantly developing and improving your tech-stack and architecture know-how

What you get

Austria : The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is €60.090 gross / year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
