ABOUT US

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong gaming/casino games expertise to join our Playradar (iGaming) division based in our Vienna or Ljublijana office. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and external stakeholders to turn customer and market insights into high-quality product outcomes.

You will contribute to shaping our product portfolio, improving roadmap transparency, supporting operational excellence, and driving innovation initiatives that support the future growth of Playradar.

In this role, you will support portfolio planning, improve stakeholder alignment, and provide clear product recommendations to the Playradar leadership team. You will contribute to product discovery, roadmap planning, business cases, and product performance reviews while helping identify new product opportunities that contribute to the long-term success of our Playradar portfolio.

THE CHALLENGE

Product Strategy & Roadmap Contribution

• Contribute to the Playradar product roadmap across selected teams and initiatives, including planning, prioritization, commercial impact assessment, and delivery alignment.

• Support the definition and prioritization of casino games from market opportunity and concept development through to product direction, launch readiness, and performance review.

• Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Go-to-Market teams for assigned product initiatives.

• Challenge priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans constructively to support focus and execution quality.

• Identify risks and bottlenecks early and help coordinate mitigation actions.

• Support the use of KPIs, reporting, and roadmap governance to improve transparency and product performance.

• Facilitate product discussions and help resolve cross-functional challenges within assigned initiatives.

Product Discovery & Innovation

• Contribute to discovery and innovation initiatives that support the growth and evolution of the Playradar portfolio.

• Explore customer needs, market opportunities, technology trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities across the gaming ecosystem.

• Develop product concepts, user stories, business cases, and clear recommendations to support decision-making.

• Support innovation through AI tools, rapid prototyping, and structured experimentation where relevant.

• Coordinate execution across internal teams, external partners, and sports rights holders for assigned initiatives.

Product Delivery & Performance

• Translate customer, player, and business needs into clear product requirements and actionable delivery plans.

• Work closely with Design and Engineering to define features, user experience, acceptance criteria, and release scope.

• Monitor product performance using player behaviour, product analytics, customer feedback, and commercial insights.

• Support post-launch optimization by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, monetization, and product quality.

• Prepare product updates, performance summaries, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Collaboration & Operational Excellence

• Support planning, prioritization, and coordination across assigned product initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve product processes, documentation, communication, and ways of working.

• Maintain clear reporting and operational metrics to track roadmap execution, delivery progress, and product performance.

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally with experience in the Gaming, Casino Games, or digital entertainment industry.

• Good understanding of gaming products, player behavior, monetization models, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics within the industry.

• Ability to translate customer insight, market understanding, and business needs into clear product requirements and roadmap recommendations.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, technology, commercial, and operational areas.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence constructively and build alignment.

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate information into practical recommendations.

• Experience supporting business cases, market assessments, product discovery, and prioritization decisions.

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments while seeking guidance when needed.

• Understanding of product development methodologies and modern product operating models.

NICE TO HAVE

• Strong market knowledge within the gaming industry.

• Experience working with sports rights holders or sports-related products.

• Familiarity with AI tools, rapid prototyping techniques, and innovation frameworks.

• Experience contributing to product reporting, stakeholder updates, or leadership presentations.

Additional Information

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
