We are looking for a C1–C2 German speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic marketing team based in Barcelona. This role is focused on onboarding new clients, supporting them in setting up Google Ads campaigns, and ensuring a smooth and successful start to their digital advertising journey.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new Google Ads clients and guide them through setup
• Provide support and best practices for campaign optimization
• Ensure smooth client experience from start to activation
• Work closely with internal Google Ads teams
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and client success

Requirements:

• C1–C2 German
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Interest in digital marketing / online advertising
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus
