Tasks as Sales Manager

• Evaluation and development of strategic accounts
• Further development of a sales pipeline based on systematic analyses (market, competition, customers)
• Ensuring order intake and revenue generation
• Expansion and maintenance of existing relationships with customers and planners within the EU sales territory and globally
• Implementation and further development of structured sales and marketing strategies
• Preparation and execution of contract negotiations, as well as creation of offers and agreements
• Regular reporting and revenue forecasting, continuous maintenance of customer and project data in the CRM system

We are looking forward to meeting a candidate with

• Preferably a completed higher education in business or engineering (e.g. University of Applied Sciences or Technical University), specializing in business administration, engineering, process engineering, or pharmaceutical engineering
• Relevant experience in the sales of plant engineering and piping construction projects, preferably in industries such as Pharma & Biopharma, Semiconductors, or Microelectronics
• Industry knowledge and/or an existing network with key decision-makers in the above mentioned industries
• Strong presentation skills, negotiation skills, and closing ability
• Native-level German proficiency and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
• High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate oneself and others
• Basic knowledge of contract law
• Proficient in MS Office
• Time flexibility and a high willingness to travel

Collective agreement gross annual salary starting at €60,000. The actual salary is higher and will be agreed individually.
