What will you do
- You inspect the public areas to ensure cleanliness and identify any technical defects.
- You promptly handle and follow up on guest requests.
- You support the housekeeping management team in daily operations.
- You ensure that the public area consistently meet quality standards.
- You train and onboard new team members.

You like to keep your home fresh and spotless demonstrating a strong sense of order and cleanliness. You are resilient and enjoy working as part of a large team where collaboration and adaptability are key. Flexibility and a high sense of responsibility are among your defining addition you possess good German and English language skills and already have experience in this or a similar position.
