The Bioprocess Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned customer and distributor accounts while supporting Cytivas commercial strategy across the bioprocess portfolio. This role acts as a key commercial contact working collaboratively with internal teams and channel partners to deliver valuebased solutions aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

What you will do:

• Manage assigned customer and distributor accounts to support sales growth customer satisfaction and market presence.
• Execute account plans and sales activities aligned with Cytivas commercial strategy and defined targets.
• Collaborate with sales specialists and technical teams to support solutionbased selling and designin activities.
• Identify track and progress opportunities including forecasting quotations and CRM updates.
• Ensure compliance with Cytiva policies while sharing market insights and supporting digital sales processes.

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree inBiotechnology Bioengineering Life Sciences Chemistry Molecular Biology Business Administration or a related field
• Several years of experience inAccount Management or Sales preferably within theBiotechnology or Life Sciencesindustry
• Experience supportingcustomer and/or distributor relationshipsin a commercial role
• Experience working withincrossfunctional or matrix organizations
• Fluent English and local language
