Your role at Dynatrace
Were looking forbrilliant graduates(or soon-to-be) willingto move their first steps in the world ofsoftware engineering (back-end and full-stack) and to contribute directly to the development and advancement of the Dynatrace platform.
Before applying please consider this isfull-time permanent position for early career professionals (max. 1-2 year of experience after the graduation).
While therole will be based in Linz please note the wholeonboarding phase in the Talent Academy(aprox. 6 months) will be held inHagenberg.
In this role you will:
- Be part ofDynatrace Talent Academy: an ambitiouscohort of like-minded colleagueswho start their Dev career at Dynatrace together fostering a strong environment for peer-to-peer learning and collaboration
- Strengthen your tech knowledge work on exciting projectsandget familiar with Dev lifeat Dynatrace(tooling agile methods code of conduct etc.)before transition into one of our Dev Teams in Linz
- Collaboratewith experienced Software Engineersasmentors getting continuous guidance from our Academy Program Managers
What will help you succeed
- (Almost) graduated in aBSc / MSc Degree in Computer ScienceAI or related fields
- Solid knowledge ofany Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) stack with preference accorded to Java
- Growing interest in or familiarity withGenerative AIand its emerging applications in software development as we place increasing attention on AI-driven capabilities
- Being ateam player with a proactive approach and solid problem-solving skills
- Good Englishcommunication skills

Compensation and Rewards
The salary range for this position based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week) goes from 46000 to 58000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
