AS 24 Customer Service Manager Austria & Slovenia (m/f/x)
Context & Environment
AS24, part of TotalEnergies, is looking for a committed and customer-focused professional to join our team as Customer Service Manager Austria & Slovenia.
In this role, you will lead and develop the Customer Service team, ensure a high level of service for our customers and contribute to operational excellence across Austria and Slovenia. You will coordinate customer and sales requirements, improve processes, work closely with internal stakeholders and help strengthen customer satisfaction, service quality and business performance.
Activities
Your responsibilities
- Lead, organise and develop the team of Sales Assistants.
- Ensure a professional, reliable and customer-oriented service level, particularly for key accounts.
- Monitor and analyse key Customer Service KPIs.
- Improve processes and support the efficient use of CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Coordinate customer requests, complaints and operational topics with internal teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT and central AS24 teams to implement new services, products and processes.
Candidate Profile
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally including team management experience.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience in customer relationship management and confident use of CRM systems and digital tools.
- Solution-oriented, structured and collaborative working style.
- Very good command of German and English.
