Senior Digital Brand Manager - Global Automotive

At LOOP, we’re looking for a Senior Digital Brand Manager to own the daily business and strategic development of a key client in the automotive and luxury space.

You’ll act as a trusted strategic partner to the client, combining strong digital expertise, business acumen, and a passion for distinctive brand storytelling and digital experiences. With a deep sense of ownership, you’ll shape strategies, drive opportunities, and connect brand, content, creative, production, and digital expertise to deliver meaningful brand and business impact.

Requirements

• Own Client Business. Take ownership of the day-to-day business and strategic agenda for a global automotive and luxury client, ensuring excellence across all digital touchpoints.
• Shape Digital Strategy. Develop and evolve digital brand strategies that strengthen positioning, engagement, and long-term brand impact across markets and platforms.
• Drive Production. Oversee production processes from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality execution, efficient workflows, and seamless collaboration across creative and production teams.
• Act as a Senior Client Partner. Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and proactively bring solutions and recommendations to complex challenges.
• Drive Growth. Identify and develop add-on projects and new opportunities that create value for the client and contribute to business growth.
• Connect Expertise. Align creative, content, strategy, production, and digital specialists around clear objectives and ambitious ideas.
• Champion Digital Excellence. Ensure work is strategically sound, creatively distinctive, digitally relevant, and consistently aligned with the brand’s identity and ambition.
• Optimize Impact. Monitor performance and translate data, trends, and insights into actionable recommendations and opportunities.
• 5+ years’ experience in digital brand management, digital marketing, strategy, or account management, ideally in an agency environment.
• Broad experience in managing complex client businesses and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, brand strategy, content, and digital communications.
• Passion for digital culture, emerging trends, brand storytelling, and communities.
• Proven strategic and commercial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to challenge and influence stakeholders through expertise and clear thinking.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English.
• Experience in automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands is a big plus.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 48,000.
