Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.Experience in customer service, especially in the public sector or government services, is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.Benefits
