Your mission

  • You communicate with our customers in the DACH region and also worldwide.
  • You cooperate with our development departments and the project management team at HQ Salzburg.
  • You are the first technical contact for our customers in case of questions and problems.
  • You help to diagnose and solve technical problems remotely and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Thanks to your support, stadiums, exhibition centers, amusement parks, and ski slopes all over the world fill up.

Your profile

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends.
  • Team player - at national and international level.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
