Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on

AWS

and

OpenShift / Kubernetes

Implement

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

for automated deployments.

Build and improve

CI / CD pipelines

(ArgoCD, Helm, Jenkins).

Drive observability using

Prometheus, Grafana, Loki

(plus New Relic / Datadog if required).

Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and high availability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve incidents together with Dev & QA teams.

Mentor and support engineering teams, promoting DevOps best practices.

4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure roles (or 3+ with very strong K8s & Terraform skills)

Hands-on expertise in

Strong troubleshooting & debugging skills in

Linux environments

Solid experience building CI / CD pipelines and automating infrastructure

English – Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (must have)

German – Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (must have)

Experience with OpenShift and ArgoCD is a strong advantage
