As an Office AllrounderIn (m / w / x) at MAD Ventures, you keep our small office community - consisting of five young companies - running smoothly. You handle general office tasks , act as the first point of contact for organizational questions related to office management, and ensure order throughout the entire floor. You enjoy plenty of creative freedom , actively contribute to planning company events , and lend a helping hand wherever needed.

Tasks

  • Managing incoming mail (emails, postal mail, etc.) and handling preliminary accounting and file organization
  • Serving as the contact person for property management, office equipment, and office supply orders
  • Ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in the reception area and shared spaces incl. our kitchen
  • Assisting with planning and organizing company events
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms

Requirements

YOUR MUST HAVES

  • High level of initiative, self-reliance , and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills (in both German and English)
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g. MS Office 365)

  • A minimum gross annual salary of € 18.200 for 20 hours per week
  • Permanent part-time employment (15-20 hours per week), with preferred working hours between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., and a 4-day workweek
