Salary indication : € 46,000.00 gross / year (depending on qualification and experience with willingness to significantly overpay)

Your tasks

• Technical analysis and consulting : Log evaluations, technical documentation and infrastructure review
• Responsibility for software implementation : virtually and on a case-by-case basis at the customer's site
• Acceptance support : Assistance and optimization during system commissioning
• Support (3rd-Level) & Troubleshooting for international customers
• Planning & execution of workshops and training courses (internal and external)
• Close cooperation with our product development and quality assurance
