The GSI (Global Single Instance) team is a unit within the CKH IOD and manages an ERP shared platform based on Oracle Applications EBS and Cloud where several BU run their ERP processes. The GSI team provides Business Consultancy and Application Implementation services as well as Support and Maintenance of the shared ERP systems.
Key Purpose of the Role
End to end responsibility for the Operations of the GSI (Global Single Instance) systems and environments, including planning and management of Operations budget and resources.
Primary Responsibilities
Accountable for Operation of the GSI systems and environmentsCollaboration with CKH IOD management in the strategic direction of GSISetting the objectives for the Operations TeamGSI Operations Budget & Employee responsibilityDevelopment of the Organizational Structure within the Operations TeamWorkforce planning, team allocation, operations staffing, and workload balancing across areas.Ensuring GSI systems relay on high-availability infrastructureEnsure proper design and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Alignment with CKH IOD and OpCo Representatives of IT strategic initiativesEscalation management - contact person for all countries regarding operations, disruptions, and operational goals.Experience and Expertise
Essential
Technical or Business University DegreeAt least 15 years of relevant professional experience in the ERP of Telecommunications SectorProven track record of employee management and IT Operations managementDeep expertise in IT architecture, business and operational processes (ITIL)Proven track records in managing Operations of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion systems within Production and Testing environments, interfaces to third parties.Proven experience in tracking and improving KPIs and service delivery metrics.Practical experience in vendor management and strategic sourcingManage IT financials (CapEx / OpEx) with a strong focus on ROI and cost control.Integrative, resilient and solution-oriented personalityStrong conflict, communication and teamwork skillsWillingness to travel outside Austria.Fluent in EnglishDesirable
