Consultant Strategy and Transformation (f / m / d)

In this role, you will lead and manage multiple strategic workstreams aligned with company priorities, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation, operational improvements, and organizational transformation through data-driven analysis, effective project management, and change enablement. Additionally, you'll support executive decision-making by delivering high-impact presentations and reports.

• Lead Strategic Workstreams : Design, plan, and execute multiple strategic workstreams aligned with company priorities (e.g., operational improvements, organizational transformation, innovation management, strategy design and implementation)
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure successful implementation
• Problem Solving & Analysis : Conduct in-depth analyses and develop robust business cases—including business models and scenario planning—to provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making
• Project Management : Ensure timely delivery of workstream milestones, manage risks, and track progress using appropriate tools and methodologies
• Change Management : Support communication and change initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization
• Reporting & Presentations : Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership and board-level discussions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role
• Proven experience managing complex projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, or similar)
• Fluent in English and German
