M&A Associate or VP

to join their dynamic team and play a key role in expanding their renewable portfolio across Europe.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute M&A transactions for solar, wind, and storage projects.
• Build detailed financial models and present investment cases to the IC.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate external advisors.
• Support deal structuring, contract negotiation, and execution.
• Collaborate with development and asset management teams on post-acquisition integration.
