As a pioneer in VR simulation, we seek a dedicated Customer Success Manager who ensures optimal user experiences and customer journey with our VR Simulator by proactively managing customer relationships. Join us in shaping the future of VR simulation within an ambitious and agile team. Tasks

  • Set clear, achievable goals, milestones, and KPIs for effective customer collaboration
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to monitor progress towards established goals, ensuring alignment and success
  • Develop, refine, and implement efficient processes to enhance customer experiences
  • Lead seamless customer onboarding processes, ensuring comprehensive user guidance
  • Oversee Customer Relationship Management initiatives to prevent churn and boost retention
  • Manage and synthesize customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement Requirements
  • Prior experience in Customer Success / Account Management roles, emphasizing renewal management, churn prevention, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Technical knowledge to effectively communicate product details and troubleshoot customer inquiries.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in cross-team collaboration and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated self-organizational skills.
  • Exceptional feedback management skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • A dedicated customer-centric mindset focused on meeting and exceeding client needs.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous. Benefits
