Senior UX Designer

Tasks Project-oriented development of mobile applications Create independent digital design elements Take responsibility for the user interface design and its further development Ensure that standards are adhered to - for apps as well as for digital screens Analysis, design and implementation of sophisticated user interfaces Support in the operational design of content (e.g. onsite / offsite banners, newsletter graphics, social media advertising materials) Conceptualization of new UI components or UI improvements Observing of trends in the UI / UX area and deriving of measures Creation and execution of user research, user stories, interviews, user acceptance tests and personas Creation of prototypes for design tests as well as their preparation and execution Close collaboration with project management and our Chief Marketing Officer Requirements Completed education (university, FH) in the field of media design, graphic design, user experience design, interaction design (or comparable professional experience) 7+ years of professional experience as a UX designer Creativity, reliability, ability to work in a team and willingness to develop further Passion for e-sports, social media and mobile applications Experience with wireframes, high fidelity designs, prototypes and design elements Excellent knowledge of Sketch, Invision and Adobe Creative Suite High quality standards, attention to detail, and focus on future-oriented design Ability to translate complex briefings into UX Strongly independent and entrepreneurial way of working Experience with Kanban and sprint-based processes (Jira) Benefits The chance to change the world as part of a start-up company Inspiring, challenging projects that you won't be able to implement anywhere else so quickly Flat hierarchies, agile working methods and a healthy work-life balance An international and humorous team that will quickly take you to their hearts Flexible working hours and remote work Regular gaming session (yes, those are part of our job too) Latest hardware and software solutions Regular team events A modern loft office with a great view over Vienna Fresh fruit every day
