For our subsidiary Funstage, we are currently searching for a Customer Support Agent (f / m / d) who will take care of our online gaming platforms and apps to support our customers via email, chat and on social media.
Your tasks
Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction and handling of all general enquiriesAssisting players through email, live chat and inbound phone callsProviding our customers with the best level of serviceProvide technical support with common problems such as cookies, browsers and updatesReport customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicableAcquiring a good understanding and knowledge of our products, including slot games, sports betting, casino, live casinoProvide explanations to customers about our product / site / policiesKeep up to date with new information / proceduresSupporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessaryEnsure quality assurance, KPI's and SLA's are metResponding to player comments on our social media channelsWorking with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per yearSupport primarily on weekends and public holidaysWork is scheduled on shift basis (3 shifts, 08 : 30-17 : 00, 11 : 00-19 : 30, 12 : 30-21 : 00)Your profile
Experience with customer support is an advantageVery good PC-skills (typing and usage of different tools)German writing skills : C1 or higher is mandatoryEnglish writing skills : B2 or higher is mandatoryOur offer
