We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hybrid role in Malta. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service via email and live chat only no phone calls required . Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and chat
- Provide accurate and timely information using appropriate tools
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Escalate complex issues according to company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
- Participate in training and onboarding programs
Requirements :
