Start : December to 12 months fixed-term

Tasks

As a fully-fledged team member, you will take on important tasks as an intern and contribute to making Austrian Airlines a top employer.

• You support the entire recruiting process, from the selection to the hiring of candidates
• You create job advertisements and publish them in the e-recruiting system
• You work on projects to improve the candidate experience
• You work on the design of assessment centers and other HR events
• You actively participate in the recruitment of young talents and the organization of job fairs
• You take responsibility for the support and onboarding of interns in our company
• You prepare information and assist with administrative activities
